God into your life. 

Now it is important that you grow in your relationship to Jesus.

We would like to encourage you to open your Bible and spend time each day getting to know God through the reading of His word. The Gospels Matthew, Mark, Luke and John is a good place to start, most start out in John. These are located in the New Testament.

Prayer is simply a fancy word for talking to God. He is longing to hear your voice, for you to speak to Him each day, all throughout the day, and about everything in your life. He loves for you to ask Him for His advice. And we can tell you - He gives the best.  He has never misguided us yet.

The secret is listening for that advice

and then the important key - following it.

The more you practice listening and following the easier it gets.

Fellowship is very important.

If you hang out with others who desire to know God, to truly know Him then you will find this encourages and strengthens your relationship with God. It's like people who drink and party always like to hang with people who like to drink and party - why? 

Because they feed off one another and encourage each other to do the same.

So we encourage you to find a local church, or a group of people that seeks to know God in their lives and start hanging out with them. If you don't know of a group or church in your area, please email us and we will try to help you search.

Some good teaching for you

We highly encourage you to go on-line to Pastor Duane's site and order his FREE CD's. We have found that his teachings are very helpful in life. We have experienced growth in knowing God better in our personal lives through listening to his teachings.

All his CD's are free, you don't even have to pay for shipping. There is a wide range of teaching on various subjects. Just pick one or two. Then when you are done listening to them (I personally listen to mine over and over), go back to his site and order more. Free! 

We would encourage you to begin with the series Knowing God as Father; Knowing God's Love for You; Identification with Jesus; and Divine Guidance. We feel that these series will help you lay some good foundation in your walk. Again all these are totally free to you, so don't be shy. But do check to see how many series you can order at one time. I think you can order one series a week. But do check their policies. I understand they don't want to over-whelm the cd ministry team.
